- Since coming to Australia in 1964 I have been interested in justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. The death of Danny Yock in 1993 and Howard's attempt to extinguish Native Title, turned my interest into passion. I have friends on Palm Island and attended the inquest in March 2006 into the death of Mulrunji Doomadgee. I will attend the new inquest starting 8th March and would like to share my impressions.
